Pre-planned parking spots were occupied by other vehicles, but our drivers expertly found alternative parking nearby, even for the large buses. We also had to adjust our boarding schedule and pickup time after the event. The drivers were incredibly flexible and accommodating, even when guests boarded late. They were professional, competent, and pleasant throughout the entire experience.
