For example, if there is an issue with your bus, for nearly any reason, we can easily rectify the situation by calling on any of our 2,000+ vetted operators to help complete your trip. When you book directly through an operator, you risk that operator canceling or being unable to pivot quickly to assist you.
Gratuities may or may not be included. If they are included, it will be mentioned in the quote you’re provided. If they are not, and you wish to add them to your cost, let your BusBank contact know when you’re booking. Otherwise, you can feel free to tip your driver in person as you see fit.
BusBank requires 31 days notice for cancellation for a refund. If you refund within 30 days, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% or receive no refund, depending on your contract agreement. It’s up to the bus operator (the bus company) to determine if a trip can be rescheduled or canceled without a fee.
