We were very pleased with the transportation on both days. Both drivers were on-time (early) and pleasant to communicate with, the drive was safe, and we arrived at our destinations at the estimated time.
Our driver was so amazing even when weather got difficult. We couldn't have done this without him.
Despite a terrible misunderstanding around our pick up time for which we both took responsibility, Busbank really came through for us. Javier made his way to us as fast as safely possible and our kids were able to enjoy the show and a safe ride each way. The emergency number responded right away when called about the pick up glitch, and for that I would give 5 stars for customer service. In the end, I learned to reconfirm all arrangements the night before just in case, because those surprises are unpleasant. This was our fourth time using Busbank and they have by far the best rates I have found.
After another bus company fell through, we connected with BusBank within days of our trip for our high school youth program. Although we were only traveling 40 minutes round trip the students were so excited to get to ride a charter bus. It also meant our student who needed an accessible option could ride along with their peers instead of in a separate vehicle. Our drive William was so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely use BusBank again in the future.
This was our first time using this company and overall it was a great experience. Going to our conference, the driver was on time but the only thing that caused a minor delay was the driver hitting a gate when picking up the second group that was sharing the bus with us. We were still able to travel using the same bus, but we had to wait until he talked to his supervisor in regards to the accident. We still made it to our conference on time and everyone was safe. The bus picking us up from our conference was about 30 minutes late. He did call me to let me know ahead of time, but it still would have been nice to have been picked up on time. Both drivers were nice and friendly and I would probably use this company again for future trips.
