We recently used Busbank as our shuttle service for our daughter’s wedding. Lee Rhoden from the main office was excellent. Lee was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Kenny our driver on the day of the event was on time and courteous. We would definitely use Busbank again.
The bus was clean and comfortable but what really made this a great experience was our driver. Ginty Nikolas was wonderful. He was wrangling a group of middle aged to elderly ladies and was unfailing kind, polite and helpful. He was always willing to lend a hand with the ladies or their packages. It makes such a difference to the experience to have such a pleasant person at the helm.
BusBank is awesome. We booked about 7 trips with them at one time, and Brian was so incredibly accommodating. We had to change our dates, times, and even reschedule a few trips and they were available and ready to help each time. Our drivers have been on time, even earlier than the pick up time. We trust BusBank with our students. They are safe, reliable, and extremely helpful.
BusBank was great to deal with and I would highly recommend them. That being said, the bus I hired to bring kids from summer camp to the airport was late by more than 30 minutes so it did put a whole lot of stress on me at the time. I know things happen and it all ended up ok, everyone got on their flight ok but it was kind of stressful at the moment. Other than that, the buses were super clean and amazing, bus drivers friendly and courteous, and again, I would highly recommend.
Lea, our sales associate, did an excellent job from the start keeping us updated and getting back to us with answers, promptly. Patrick, our bus driver, was also great. He was very accommodating and got us to and from Gillette stadium safely. The only problem we ran into was the AC not working on the ride to Gillette. It was a nice day in the 70's, but without windows or AC, the bus was extremely hot, sticky and sweaty. A repair man met us at Gillette and fixed the problem so we had AC on the ride home. Overall, I would recommend busbank. Just make sure you get a bus with the AC working.
BusBank got our guests to the wedding in a timely fashion and all my guests were pleased with the buses and how clean they were.
