We needed to shuttle 150+ people from McCormick Place to an event in the loop on a Tuesday evening. All the shuttle drivers arrived early and were very helpful by letting me know before they left each location. This provided real time data so I could accurately determine when the next empty bus would be back for more people. A great experience and we are so grateful.
