The BusBank® has an industry exclusive alliance with Lancer
Insurance Company. Lancer is the largest bus insurance specialist in North
America and has underwritten insurance for bus operators for over twenty years.

Before a bus operator is insured by
Lancer, Lancer confirms certification of the carrier’s operations, equipment
and most importantly, their drivers. Lancer provides its operators with ongoing
training and monitors their compliance with federally-mandated alcohol and
drug-related testing. Lancer makes it a priority to verify that its insured
operators comply with the highest federal and state safety standards. The
collaboration between our companies involves field operations throughout North
America, so that bus operator visits take place throughout the year.*

Sprint Nextel Alliance
To add to the level of comfort for our groups, we have also formed an
industry-exclusive partnership with Sprint Nextel. Specially equipped buses
have enhanced on-board communication and GPS support. This equipment permits
our team at The BusBank North America Fleet Control Center to monitor our
charters while in progress, including tracking location, movement and ETA
(Estimated Time of Arrival) of the buses we have traveling. We are committed to
finding other innovative solutions to ensure that our customers are always on
track, always in touch.

reputable insurers in this field and, while we work with them less frequently,
we are aware that they also employ similar background, safety and training
procedures. Of course, all of our carriers maintain the appropriate
certification standards and insurance coverage. If a Lancer insured operator is
