The BusBank® is a group and event transportation specialist. We are the industry pioneer and leader in providing a single-source for chartering a bus anytime, anywhere in North America. We make it easy to get exactly the right bus, at the right price, in the right place.Our service includes deluxe motor coaches, school buses, mini buses, mid-size coach, executive and sleeper coaches and other specialty vehicles, such as trolleys and party bus.

We don’t own buses. We're not local bus owners. We're not brokers. We're not just a reservation service. We are transportation and event specialists with local knowledge of bus availability, bus quality, the best routes, and seasonal events that impact bus transportation in hundreds of markets - thousands of cities - across North America. 

By working with independent operators rather than owning buses, we maintain the flexibility to create customized group transportation solutions that fit the specific needs of the customer and situation. Many customers think of us as their group and event transportation manager.

Global Charter Services, Ltd, dba The BusBank, is a Delaware corporation with corporate headquarters located in Chicago's West Loop Neighborhood (820 West Jackson Suite 815, Chicago, IL, 60607 and we have field operations for sales and bus operator relations in key markets. The BusBank was started in 2002.  

The BusBank team works together to make chartering a bus easy and has been involved as a technology leader in the Charter Bus industry. As one of the first companies to place GPS tracking of charter buses to being one of the first to allow online reservations. 

The BusBank is a member of the Lancer Insurance Group, the largest insurance company in the charter bus industry. This ownership allows them to be on the cusp of trends in passenger carrier industry.

President - Donald DiBrita, Sr. 

Don DiBrita became President of The BusBank in 2010 as part of The BusBank being a wholly owned member of the Lancer Financial Group. Don bring's his knowledge and skill  from his Sr management and sales positions in technology Field.

Director Of Sales - Andrew Ripani

Andrew Ripani has been a sales leader in various markets ranging from career services to vehicle sales. Since joining The BusBank, Andrew has worked with large clients such as Moscow Ballet, and DePaul University along with building relationships with vendors across North America. As he has continued the ranks, Andrew has played a key role in changing how The BusBank operates with both customers & vendors. He places a premium on speed of response, and professionalism when dealing with both.    In 2011 and 2012, Andrew was requested to speak as a member of the IMG Focus 25 Group, a leading forum of key motor coach operators and vendors.
Andrew lives in Chicago and is a fan of live music(Pearl Jam, Phish are two of his favorites) and his pet dogs, Gracie and Samson.

Director Of Marketing & Operations - Brandon Dudley

Since joining The BusBank, Brandon has filled a lot of hats in the company ranging from sales associate to his current position and has a thorough understanding about working within a startup and moving to profitable growth. Brandon is involved in working with The BusBank's marketing presence across the web. Additionally, he works to grow the business thru changes in its technology, operations and processes.

The BusBank

To better serve our customers, we invest in advanced processes and proprietary technology to deliver increasingly superior customer experiences with every charter. We save customers time, money and hassle. Through an ongoing dialogue and service performance review with the bus operators we use, our goal is to establish a consistently higher level of service that will be viewed as the industry standard.

Our Charter Bus Specialists engage customers online and over the phone, depending on the preference of the customer. Each charter movement is assigned an Account Executive and Quality Assurance Specialist. We manage the process from planning to departure and continue to stand by for any needs during travel and at the event. We’re also readily available after the event. Satisfied customers are our commitment with every charter we arrange.  We are staffed to serve customers 24/7. To our knowledge, we are the only company of our kind that has 24/7 Customer Care with every charter.
