Through an ongoing dialogue and service performance review with the bus operators we use, our goal is to establish a consistently higher level of service that will be viewed as the industry standard.

Our Charter Bus Specialists engage customers online and over the phone, depending on the preference of the customer. Each charter movement is assigned an Account Executive and Quality Assurance Specialist. We manage the process from planning to departure and continue to stand by for any needs during travel and at the event. We’re also readily available after the event. Satisfied customers are our commitment with every charter we arrange.  We are staffed to serve customers 24/7. To our knowledge, we are the only company of our kind that has 24/7 Customer Care with every charter.
